Dancing Mummy Card

Ingredients:

Mummy with Tomb die
Stampin’ Up Spooky Cat stamp set
Halloween Night designer series paper
Basic Black ink
Distress ink
Lime card stock
White card stock
Black card stock
Silver card stock
Big Shot
Classic Label Punch
Glue
Rolling Adhesive
Sponge or Sponge Daubers

Recipe:

You would be dancing too if you just broke out of your tomb. To create this card, start with a 5.5” by 4.25” black card base. Use rolling adhesive to adhere a 5.25” by 4” mat of paper from Halloween Night designer series paper (dsp). Because this Stampin’ Up paper is retired and hard to find, you can substitute it with any spider web paper. Use the Big Shot to cut out three layers using the Mummy with Tomb die. Cut the coffin out of shiny silver or gray card stock. Cut the solid back of the tomb out of black card stock. Cut the mummy out of white or vanilla card stock. Use distress ink and a sponge to make the bandages stand out and to add dimension to your mummy. Use glue to adhere the coffin to the card and foam adhesives to adhere the mummy to the card. Stamp the sentiment from the Spooky Cat stamp set and then punch it out with the Classic Label punch. Attach it to the card using foam adhesives.
