Brother ScanNCut Tips & Tricks – Background Scanning – Let it Snow Specialty Designer Series Paper

In this tutorial, you will learn how to use the Background Scanning or Background Scan feature of your Brother ScanNCut SDX125. You will learn tips and tricks for using your Scan and Cut SDX 125 for cutting out the Let it Snow Specialty Designer Series Paper by Stampin’ Up! It is part of the 2019 Holiday Catalog. You can follow along with other models of ScanNCut as well.

First, you create the circles using the built in patterns. I shared the dimensions for my template below so that you can use the dimensions to create a reusable template. After you add all of your shapes to the mat, use the Background Scanning feature to scan in the Let it Snow dsp with the snowmen on it. Next, arrange your circles so that they cut out in the correct spots. Then, after you cut out the circles and you are happy with your template, save it onto your machine. Then, go back to the Home screen to Retrieve the Data and you have a resuable template which will save you time when cutting out the Let it Snow Specialty Designer Series Paper.
