Brother ScanNCut Tips & Tricks – Cutting Sticker Layers – Most Wonderful Time Medley by Stampin’ Up!

In this tutorial, you will learn how to cut out layers for your stickers. We are using several types of stickers from the Most Wonderful Time product medley by Stampin’ Up! It is in the 2019 Holiday Catalog. The stickers coordinate with the designer series paper, stamps and other products in the medley. First, stick the stickers onto a peice of card stock. I used Real Red and Old Olive in my examples. Then, use Direct Cut to cut out the stickers with an outline distance of 0.08″ to give them a large offset which will contrast with the background when you are creating a card or project. After we created several embellishments by layering the stickers, I demonstrated how to take this one step further by using Scan to Cut Data. This allows you to save the outline of the sticker so that you can cut it out multiple times in the future. This is particularly useful if you are using the same type of sticker over and over again because it will save you time. You can use any stickers in your stash and follow along. The supplies used in this tutorial are listed below.
