Recipe:
Cut the stripes 1.5” by 5” or a little longer or wider to preserve a pattern on the paper or card stock. Then, score at 2.5” and fold. After filling the treat bags, adhere the paper by putting a few lines of tape on the paper or card stock. Stamp and punch the sentiments. Adhere embellishments and tags with foam adhesives. These are just several ideas for treat bags. The possibilities are endless.
Visit my Stampin’ Up site to view our current stamps and designer series papers. Santa, the Reindeer and the Gingerbread Man were created with the Stampin’ Up Cookie Cutter Christmas Stamp Set and the coordinating Stampin’ Up Cookie Cutter Builder Punch from the 2016 Holiday Catalog. The stamps and punch has carried over to the 2017-2018 catalog. Thanks!
