Dimensionals or foam adhesives

Recipe:
To create the toppers, cut the True Gentleman designer series paper into 5” by 3” strips and then score at 2.5” and fold. Attach the toppers to the bags using rolling adhesive. Fuzzy cut out bow ties for the dogs and attach them to the outside of the bags using foam adhesives.
