In this Ink It Up! Tutorial, you will learn how to create cards featuring the the new 2021-2023 In Colors and several other coordinating Stampin’ Up! products. I used the Butterfly Duet Punch for the embellishments. I embossed many of the them with the Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder. The sentiments, flowers and flourished were stamped using the Lovely You stamp set by Stampin’ Up! In this LIVE demonstration, I shared how to use the sponge brayers and/or blending brushes with the decorative masks for coloring backgrounds. The next technique I demonstrated was how to use embossing paste. I colored the Shimmery White Embossing Paste with several drops of Pale Papaya ink. Then, I used it to create a card background using the polka dot pattern on one of the Basic Patterns Decorative Masks. Then, after that demonstration, I used Soft Succulent to color another batch of Shimmery White Embossing Paste and then used the leave pattern from one of the Basic Patterns Decorative Masks. I shared how to use the embossing paste with the decorative mask to create a card background. I hope that after watching this video, you will be inspired to try these techniques on your projects.
