Recipe:
I created several cards for this month’s card swap. Our theme was “love” so I choose the “Love is in the Air” sentiment from the Lift Me Up bundle. I cut several papers at once so that I could coordinated them any layout the cards prior to adhering them. Cut the 8.5” by 11” length-wise or width-wise, depending on the style card you want. Add a piece of designer (5.25” by 4”) series paper to each using the rolling adhesive. Cut the Whisper White card stock (3.5” by 3”) and stamp your design using the coordinating stamp inks. The hearts were made using a sponge dauber and heart stencil. Stamp the sentiment onto a smaller white paper strips (3.75” by 1”) and then use the triple banner punch on one side. Back that up with another banner (4” by 1.5”). Round the corners for a more polished look. Embellish with twine. Use foam adhesives for the banner and stamped background.
Note: For the heart cutout, I used some In Color envelope paper because a few of the colors matched this set.
