Card created with the Merry Mistletoe stamp set & Be Merry dsp

Recipe:

These projects were created with the Be Merry suite including the Be Merry designer series paper and Merry Mistletoe stamp set. These images serve as inspiration and specific instructions for some of the projects are listed below. The mini coffee cups and Hershey Nugget treats are my original creations. The cards are not my originals although I did modify some samples I was provided. I created these cards and gift box at a crafting retreat I attended in the Fall. Specific measurements for the cards are not included here but be sure to ask me if you have any questions about my projects. See Related Posts below for similar projects by the Papered Chef.

Mini Coffee Cups created with the Merry Mistletoe stamp set & Be Merry dsp

Mini Coffee Cups & Holders

Using the Big Shot, cut the coffee cup cover and band from the designer series paper. Attach them to the cup using rolling adhesive or hot glue.

To create mini coffee cup holder, cut the card stock 11” by 2.75” then turn horizontally and score at 5”. 7.5”, 8” and 10.5”. Cut the dsp 4.75” by 2.5” and adhere it to the cardstock with rolling adhesive. Use a scalloped circle die from the Layering Circles dies to make the opening to hold the cup. Use the remainder to cover the lid of the cup.

Stamp the sentiment from the Merry Mistletoe stamp set onto Crumb Cake card stock using Garden Green ink. Use the Pretty Label punch to punch out the sentiments and then ink around the edges with a Crumb Cake using a sponge. Embellish each sentiment with an enamel shape. Use foam or rolling adhesive to attach the sentiment to a mini clothes pin.

Nuggets created with the Merry Mistletoe stamp set & Be Merry dspHershey Nugget Treats

To create a tray to hold the 5 nuggets, cut the cardstock 5” by 2.25” and then score at 3/8″ on each side. To wrap each nugget, cut each piece of Be Merry designer series paper 3” by 1”. Use rolling adhesive for adhering the paper. Don’t use liquid glue as it could seep into the candy which is only lightly foiled. Place 5 nuggets horizontally into each tray, alternating patterns. Use one line of rolling adhesive to help hold the Nuggets in place.

Stamp the sentiment from the Merry Mistletoe stamp set onto Whisper White card stock using Garden Green ink. Use the Pretty Label punch to punch out the sentiments. Punch out another shape from the Be Merry dsp using the Everyday Label punch and adhere it to the sentiment with foam adhesive. Cut each topper from the Be Merry dsp. The topper is 5” by 2” and scored at 2.5”.  Embellish the topper with Cherry Cobbler or Garden Green ribbon. Note: If you are selling these at craft fairs, be sure to inform customers that the Nuggets contain nuts.

  1. Hi Rhonda, you can get the cups and lids from Amazon using the link provided above. If you are very ambitious and want to buy the cups in bulk, I recommend the Webstaurant store which is a wholesale store for restaurants.
