In this Brother Scan and Cut Tips and Tricks tutorial, you will learn how to cut stamped images using your Scan and Cut SDX125. You can follow along with whichever model of ScanNCut you have. The stamp set used for this tutorial is from the Bouquet of Hope Paper Pumpkin Kit by Stampin’ Up! I shared tips and tricks on how to cut out the cut out the bouquet of flowers from the stamp set. First, you must enclose the gaps by drawing a line with your pencil around the areas to help the Brother Scan and Cut recognize the stamped image. I stamped the flowers using Memento Black ink onto Basic White cardstock. I shared how to use Direct Cut to cut out the stamped images. I used a 0.04″ Outline Distance to add a little white border around the edge of the stamped images. Throughout this tutorial, I shared troubleshooting techniques and tips for getting better results. I also shared how to color the bouquet using Stampin’ Blends, Markers and a Blender Pen. The colors and materials are listed below.
