In this tutorial, you will learn how to cut patterned paper with your Brother Scan and Cut SDX125. You can follow along with whichever model of ScanNCut that you have. The patterned paper featured in this tutorial is Ice Cream Corner designer series paper by Stampin’ Up! I shared tips and tricks on how to cut out the popsicles and ice cream cones from this pack of dsp. I shared the pencil trick which helps the Brother ScanNCut recognize the tasty treats. I also shared other tips and tricks to help you achieve better results when cutting this dsp. I used Black & White recognition mode and an outline distance of 0.04″ when cutting out the patterns. I also shared several projects I created using the embellishments from the patterns I cut out. The projects featured toppers for ice cream cone gel pens, tag treats, cards, and a decorated Love You Always Treat box. A list of supplies is included below.
