ScanNCut Tutorial – Cutting Stamped Images & Creating a Stencil – Here’s to You Paper Pumpkin Kit

In this tutorial, you will learn how to cut stamped images and how to create embellishments and Mylar stencils with your Brother Scan and Cut SDX125. You can follow along with whichever model of ScanNCut that you have. The Paper Pumpkin Kit featured in this tutorial is from the Here’s to You by Stampin’ Up! I shared tips and tricks on how to stamp and cut out the trees from the stamp set. Then, I share how to create additional embellishments by creating additional cardstock embellishments. Then, I shared how to create a Mylar stencil from the trees. We did all of these tasks using the Direct Cut Mode and no data was saved. During the LIVE video, I addressed how to use Scan to Cut Data and the advantages of using that mode while scanning. After sharing the Brother ScanNCut Tips and Tricks, I shared what to do with the pieces. I shared several projects I created using the embellishments and stencil I cut out. I also shared how to use stencils for sponge coloring. Settings for the SDX125 and CM350 are listed below.
