Ingredients:
Stampin’ Up Cookie-Cutter Halloween stamps
Stampin’ Up Cookie Cutter Builder Punch
Cardstock and Designer Series Papers
Rolling Adhesive
Foam Squares
Various Inks and Retired Stamps
1” and 2” Cellophane Bags
M&Ms, Skittles, Miniatures
Recipe:
For the small bags, cut the paper into 5” by 1.5” sections. Then, score at 2.5”. For the larger bags, cut the paper into 5” by 2” sections and score at 2”. Stuff the bags by using a large paper straw to help guide the candy down to the bottom. Leave enough room to fold about an inch of plastic over so that there is about a half inch to attach the topper to. About 20 regular M&Ms or 17 Skittles will leave you enough room for attaching the topper. Use foam squares for attaching the embellishments. Stamp markers were used to color the characters. Tip: The Stampin’ Up Designer Series Paper coordinated with the markers. Pumpkin Pie and Old Olive were Stampin’ Up colors used a lot because of how well they worked with the papers.
