Recipe:

Start with a piece of black 8.5” by 5.25” card stock. Stamp the sentiment from The Free & the Brave stamp set onto Whisper White card stock using Night of Navy. Cut it out with a framelit from the Tags & Labels set. Using a sponge, ink around the edge with Power Pink. Use the Star Blast framelits to cut out dsp from the Pinwheel Party kit. Cut out the dsp hats with the Snowfriends framelits and the banner with the Bitty Banners framelits. Ink around the edges of the hats in Power Pink. All the little pigs were cut out using the Brother Scan N’ Cut (This Little Piggy Loves the Scan N’ Cut). The stamped images were cut out before they were colored and a 0.4” outline was added to them. Squeeze the top of the lid of the Power Pink ink. Open the ink and use a sponge or sponge dauber to soak up that ink and then color with it. Once the pigs are evenly coated with pink, use the marker or blender pen to add more ink to the ears, snout, and hooves. Use Wink of Stella to color the wings of the flying pig. Attach the embellishments with glue or foam adhesives. The flag and rhinestone star stickers are from a set by Jolee’s Boutique.
