Recipe:
In this short video demonstration, I walk you through the steps I used to cut out mermaids that I stamped from the Magical Mermaid stamp set paper by Stampin’ Up. I stamped them using Memento Black ink onto Whisper White card stock and then taped the card stock onto the mat using painter’s tape. To cut these out, I used an outline distance of 0.04” and used a blade depth of 5. This cutting technique demonstrated can be used to cut out stamped images of any kind, keeping in mind that the images need to have a solid line around them. Please visit my blog again to find out what I make with these beautiful mermaids. I plan on making Valentine’s Day treats with Hershey’s Kisses and cards using the Seaside Textured Impressions embossing folder.
