Painted Autumn Mini Coffee Cups

Recipe:

Mini Coffee Cups

Using the Big Shot, cut the coffee cup cover and band from the designer series paper. Attach them to the cup using rolling adhesive. Stamp the sentiments onto card stock or dsp using Soft Suede ink. Use the Brother Scan N’ Cut to cut out pumpkin and acorn embellishments. See related blog post on cutting out pumpkins. Stamp the Perk Up sentiment from the Merry Café stamp set and cut each out using the small cup die from the Coffee Cups framelits. Punch out several leaves out of dsp using the Leaf Punch. Attach the embellishments using glue dots or foam adhesives.

Cup Holder

To create a single coffee cup holder, cut the card stock 11” by 2.75” then turn horizontally and score at 5”. 7.5”, 8” and 10.5”. Cut the dsp 4.75” by 2.5” and before adhering it, center it over the card stock and attach it with painter’s tape. Cut out the opening using the oval die from the Coffee Cups framelits dies. Use a scalloped circle die from the Layering Circles dies to make the opening to hold the cup. Use the remainder to cover the lid of the cup. To create a double coffee-cup holder, follow the same instructions, doubling the width (5.5″ or 5.75″). Punch out the opening with the Pretty Label punch. Embellish the holders with tags and ribbons.
