You Make Me Happy – Little Piggy Coffee Card

Ingredients:

Stampin’ Up This Little Piggy stamp set
Stampin’ Up Coffee Break Designer Series Paper
Coffee Café stamp set
Stampin’ Up Basic Black ink
Stampin’ Up Whisper White Card Stock
Brother Scan N’ Cut
Soft Sky Card Stock
Soft Suede ink
Crumb Cake ink
Powder Pink ink
Blender Pen or Aqua Painter
Linen Thread
Sponges
Project Life Corner Rounder
Stampin’ Up Banner (Triple) Punch
Fast Fuse or other Rolling Adhesive
Dimensionals or Foam Adhesives

Recipe:

The card base is Soft Sky. Cut the 8.5” by 11” lengthwise or widthwise, depending on the style card you want, then score it. The card is 5.5” by 4.25”. Round the edges with the corner rounder punch. Stamp coffee beans from the Coffee Café stamp set in Crumb Cake and Soft Suede. Cut two pieces of Coffee Break dsp for the banner. One should be 2” by 4” and the other should be 1.25” by 4.” Round the edges of one side of the larger piece of dsp. Use the banner punch to cut the triangles out of both banners. Before adhering them together, tie a piece of linen thread around the smaller one and tie a bow. Stamp the COFFEE sentiment onto the card in Soft Suede ink, being sure that the rest of the sentiment from the Coffee Café set is masked off. A stamp marker works well for just coloring part of the stamp. Stamp the You Make Me Happy sentiment using Soft Suede ink from the This Little Piggy stamp set. Stamp the piggy in Basic Black from the This Little Piggy stamp set. Cut out the piggy using the Brother Scan N’ Cut (This Little Piggy Loves the Scan N Cut). Cut the daisy off and replace with a coffee cup. Color the piggy with Power Pink using sponges, a blender pen, a marker or an aqua painter. Cut out a sheet of the Coffee Break dsp (Using the Brother Scan N Cut to cut out Coffee Break DSP). When cutting the smaller images, be sure not to use an outline. Use foam adhesives to adhere the banners, pig, and coffee embellishments to the card.
