Ingredients:

Cardstock
Score Board
Stampin’ Up ¾” Circle Punch or Artisan Label Punch
Martha Stewart Punch-All-Over-the-Page Star Punch
Test Tubes from the October, 2016 Paper Pumpkin Kit
Spider Web Doileys (Stampin’ Up or Wilton)
Cookie Cutter Halloween Stamps
Cookie Cutter Builder Punch
Various stamps from PaperPumpkin or Halloween sets
Stickers
Twine
Tacky Glue
Foam Adhesives
Glue Dots
Candy (Sweet Tart Skull & Bones, M&Ms, Skittles, Tic-Tacs)
Battery Operated Tea Light

Recipe:

Cut an 8.5” by 11” piece of cardstock in half lengthwise. Turn the 4.25” by 11” piece sideways and score at 1.5”, 3”, 4.5” and 6”. Fold along the score lines and then use the circle punch on the 3^rd side. Note that you are gluing the 4^th side.  For two holes only, reach your punch as far in as it will go and punch out a circle. Do the same on the other side. For the holder with the tea candle, punch holes at the edges and then in the middle, cut out a shape using a Punch-All-Over-the-Page punch. Glue the holder together so that it stands. Then, insert the tea candle in the middle. Attach the doily with glue dots. Attach the sentiments and stamps with foam adhesives. Fill the tubes with candy and decorate. Share this gift and put a smile on someone’s face.
